2 Account Registration & Verification

3.2 Deposit Rules

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. ck44jili does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended. Deposits are credited to your ck44jili account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion fees are charged by ck44jili on BDT deposits.

3.3 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. You may only withdraw funds to a payment account registered in your own name. ck44jili does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification as described in Section 2.4. Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified accounts are typically processed within 2 hours for mobile money methods.

3.4 Withdrawal Limits

Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily/weekly withdrawal caps may apply and will be communicated to you within the platform's cashier section. 3.5 Currency

5 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

5.1 Player Obligations

By using ck44jili, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information at all times, including during registration and KYC verification.
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with any third party.
• Use the platform solely for personal, lawful, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• Notify ck44jili promptly of any suspected unauthorised access to your account.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

6 Intellectual Property

6.2 Permitted Use

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your ck44jili account at any time by contacting our support team at support@ck44jili. Before processing a closure request, we will prompt you to withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. 8.2 Involuntary Suspension or Closure

ck44jili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age.

• The player has registered multiple accounts.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, ck44jili reserves the right to withhold any bonus balances and, where fraud or deliberate breach is confirmed, may also withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Real-money balances not implicated in the breach will be returned to the player via the original payment method following the conclusion of any necessary review.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their lives can request a self-exclusion, which prevents account access for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. ck44jili will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before applying a dormancy fee to the remaining balance. The dormancy administration fee will not exceed ৳200 per month. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support before the balance is depleted.
